He’s a pop culture icon to be sure. Now Paul Reubens – a/k/a Pee-Wee Herman – is bringing his act to Broadway. The Pee-Wee Herman Show begins previews at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre on October 26th, with opening night set for November 11th.
The limited-engagement Pee-Wee Herman Show is a stage play with music that reunites Pee-Wee (Reubens) with the beloved Playhouse gang from his old Saturday morning TV show. Miss Yvonne, Mailman Mike, Cowboy Curtis, Jambi the Genie, Pterri, Conky, Chairry and many more are set to hit The Great White Way late next month.
